1) Lighting of middle and high ceiling,( Highbay light)

The ceiling of industrial workshops with large machinery is very high, and led industrial and mining lights with large luminous flux and high efficiency are generally used. Considering the ceiling height and design illuminance, it is necessary to select appropriate light distribution lamps. It is recommended to use medium and wide light distribution lamps for the ceiling with installation height of about 5-10m, with uniform illumination angle, no glare and no stroboscopic lamps. (250W high pressure mercury lamp is used in the plant)

Suggestions for lamp configuration: high power led industrial and mining lamp replaces high pressure mercury lamp

2) Low ceiling lighting( Low bay light)

Most of the industrial plants with low ceiling are small production lines and assembly lines. It is recommended to use LED fluorescent tubes with high light efficiency and grid lamp panel for lighting devices. (the factory adopts two sets of explosion-proof fluorescent tube lampshade with grid)

When the installation height is 2-4m, straight tube LED light source is a better choice. Warm white light source can create a comfortable environment, and has the characteristics of natural color rendering, high light efficiency and long life.

Lamp configuration suggestion: LED fluorescent lamp replaces traditional fluorescent tube, and the original lamp holder and lamp panel (explosion-proof lampshade) can continue to be used.
